Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get the product you desire is to follow our return process, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
